Sales Collateral
Tasked with creating a folder that was worthy of people being asked to purchase a unit that start at $2 Million, I wanted it to be an experience—as much as a folder can be an experience—so it would be something people remembered. There was a sunrise-over-mountains image we had been using for a “hero” and it inspired me to create pockets that were die-cut along the edges of the hills. I also included a flap that folds out, reminiscent of a pop-up book, that reveals a rendering of the main walkway running through the property. The owner of the California printer who produced these for us actually liked the design enough it piqued his interest and he ended up becoming a priority depositor.
